If i block someone on twitter, can they still see my tweets even if they're not signed in to their account?

Or do i have to protect my tweets and restrict EVERYONE from seeing them just so the person i blocked cant see them?

I'm always so stressed and exhausted due to school and sports and I just don't feel healthy.. if that makes sense. I am healthy.. I just don't feel like it. Also.. I'm one of those people that has to have the nicest clothes and spends a majority of my money on things like that. Once I get home from school I get on the computer right away and just visit random sites and I'll pretty much be on the internet all day.... even while doing my homework. I just want to not worry about people having better clothes than me or what so and so tweeted on twitter... I basically just want to be one with nature. There are just so many distractions though, (tv, laptop, etc.) and I don't know where to start.

i made a twitter and wrote a message to a celebrity i follow " @__________ bla bla bla". my friend says that they didnt recieve the tweet because they have to follow me also to recieve it. if so then how do i get celebrities o follow me on twitter

Now I know most people are going to come in here and bash Kanye for his twitter apology to Taylor Swift. However, as a fan I would like to add my two cents.

For those who didn't see it he posted about a 60 part tweet apologizing to Swift and discussing the media backlash.

First a lot of people say he is not sorry. I say this is true, he is not sorry about his opinion. He is genuinely sorry for the way he got his point across. He is entitled to his own opinion, however what he did was wrong and he knows it. I believe he was genuine in this apology.

Many will say it was fake he is just trying to get a buzz before his new album. I say does that make it any less genuine. It could, but this man has taken a lot of heat that he deserved. However, people wishing he died is absurd. This is still a business he is trying to sell records. I think it is only fair that he should be allowed to try to rebuild his image. Can it not be genuine and a way to earn respect back at the same time?

People will hate no matter what but this man has made great music that has a message. Go back and listen to All Falls Down, through the wire, crack music, hey mama, jesus walks, etc. Lets give him a chance, it appears he wants to change. Stop the hate and enjoy his genius, I think he's going to surprise us.

Suppose you type your name into google and up comes a website www.yourname.com
so you click on it and there is a photo of YOU with your name and bio. You look under the section 'live streams' and YOU SEE EVERY ROOM in your house is being broadcast and you see YOURSELF at your PC reading this.
When you look through the website you see that it has been logging your every move like tweeting each time you do something, even if you go out shopping, its WATCHING and recording you on this website that you did not even no was there.

As noted earlier today here on the website, TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter announced on her Twitter account this afternoon that iMPACT! will be held live on Thursday, October 7. "TNA iMPACT! is going LIVE on 10/7. Remember my tweet about how TNA is going to change forever? Stay tuned," Carter wrote.

Carter did not indicate whether iMPACT! will be live on a permanent basis. She also did not say where the event will be held. iMPACT! television tapings are currently listed to take place Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays throughout the rest of the year.

Actor John Cusack went on a caustic Twitter rampage Sunday evening, attacking former House Majority Leader Oops Armey, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Fox News.

“I AM FOR A SATANIC DEATH CULT CENTER AT FOX NEWS HQ AND OUTSIDE THE OFFICES OROops ARMEYAND NEWT GINGRICH-and all the GOP WELFARE FREAKS,” Cusack tweeted.
